Even though this is the World’s Largest Law Enforcement Outing, it is not limited to Law Enforcement. This golf tournament is open to anyone and everyone!

With your entry fee into the tournament, you will receive 4 rounds of competitive golf, breakfast and lunch with each round, a dozen golf balls, access to nightly meals and 3-hour open bar, team raffle tickets, and individual raffle tickets. For additional fees you can add rooming and corporate sponsorship.

All players must register by October 1st, 2020. Registrants signing up by January 1, 2020 will receive an additional $40 gift card!

The tournament will consist of 2 rounds of best ball and 2 rounds of scramble.

Teams will be flighted for competition based upon the team’s handicap total. All participants must have a verifiable handicap. We will accept USGA handicap cards, personal ID#’s for systems such as GHIN, MSGA, CDGA or other tracking systems that show the date of play and score. This is for the benefit of the entire field. Please note that it is the responsibility of individual participants to provide their handicap information/form to the tournament committee when requested.

If you do not have a handicap, the committee reserves the right to request a score history to provide an index for you. All decisions are final.

All competitive rounds are 9AM shotguns.

All cancellations must be received in writing at the tournament office. Requests are accepted via physical mail or email only.

All cancel requests received:

  • Between registration & end of day May 31st will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee.
  • Between July 1st and July 30th will be refunded minus a $250 processing fee.
  • Between August 1st and September 16th will be refunded minus a $500 processing fee.
  • After September 16th no refunds are provided for any reason.

Every effort will be made to complete each day’s event. There is always a chance of thundershowers and suspension of play. The professional staff at each site will keep you advised. Play will resume as soon as it is safe to return to the golf course. In the case of a cancelled round, continue with next day’s assigned course. Completion of at least one round will constitute final tournament results.

Additionally, one round of tournament play will constitute a completed tournament in the event of prolonged inclement weather. No refunds or exchanges will be made if the tournament is cancelled or shortened due to weather, nature or act of God. Should severe weather (i.e. hurricane, natural disaster, or other act of God) require the entire tournament to be cancelled prior to the first day of play, participants will receive their welcome gifts by mail along with a discounted entry fee of $200 for the following year’s tournament.

Corporate rotations will receive food and drink options from the beverage cart for no additional cost each day of play. Limit to 2 drinks and one food item per beverage cart visit.
